Our boneless pork chops come 2 per pack and weigh about 1/2-1 pound each, depending on the chosen thickness. Available in 1/2” thick for $8 or 1” thick for $11.  
 
Grill, Pan Fry,  Bake, Pound thin for tenderloin sandwhiches or Schnitzel.
Pair with these seasoning blends of ours:  Mediterranean, Cajun, Cilantro Lime, Grill Seasoning Pork Rub or Prairie Dust
 
For perfect pork chops, aim for a final temperature of 145 degrees.
