Roast beef is a childhood favorite of mine - not to mention the fact that it is super easy to leave in the oven or crock pot for a delicious, home-cooked meal!  We have arm and chuck roasts available, each around 3 pounds.  These are our favorite roasts, as we like how they always cook up tender and moist.  Briskets are also available.
