This is an excellent subsitute for ground beef.  It stays moist and is great in meatballs, meatloaf, tacos or even just as grilled burgers.  Or you can use it to make your own homemade sausage if you want to get creative!  We've really found this to be a nice to way to "change up" those everyday meals.  Sold in 1 pound packs.
