We’ve done the hard part for you!  We took our whole chickens and turned them into fast-cooking spatchcocked chickens.  Season or marinate them, add your favorite veggies on a sheet pan along with the the chicken and pop it in the oven!  You can have a complete dinner in around 30 minutes.  Chickens are 2.5-3 lbs.
